Our Commitment
OwnitApps tools are built to work. If a tool does not function as described for your browser and operating system, we want to make it right.
Standard Refund Window
We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase for the following reasons:
- The tool does not open or function at all in a supported browser
- The tool is missing a feature explicitly listed on the product page at time of purchase
- The tool is materially different from its description
To request a refund within the 7-day window, email support@ownitapps.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
What We Consider
Because our tools are digital files delivered immediately on purchase, we evaluate refund requests carefully. Refunds are more likely to be approved when:
- The issue is reproducible and reported within the refund window
- You have not received multiple refunds for OwnitApps products
- The request relates to functionality, not a change of mind or preference
Supported Browsers
OwnitApps tools are tested on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. If you are using an unsupported or significantly outdated browser, we may not be able to issue a refund for compatibility issues. We will always try to help you get the tool working first.
Discretionary Refunds
Outside the 7-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are a small operation and we approach every request with good faith. If something went wrong, tell us — we will do our best.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Gumroad, our payment processor. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
