Agreement
By purchasing or using any OwnitApps product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
License
When you purchase an OwnitApps tool, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use the tool on your own devices for personal or professional purposes
- Make backup copies for your own use
- Customize the tool for personal use (modifications do not transfer any ownership)
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the tool to others
- Remove copyright notices or branding
- Claim ownership of or authorship over the tool
- Use the tool to build competing products
What You Are Buying
OwnitApps tools are digital software files. You are purchasing a license to use the software, not ownership of the underlying code or intellectual property. The license is perpetual — it does not expire with time or cancellation.
One-Time Purchase
OwnitApps tools are sold at a one-time price with no subscription. Your license does not require renewal. You may use the version you purchased indefinitely.
Updates within a major version (e.g., 1.x to 1.y) are provided free of charge. Major version upgrades (e.g., v1 to v2) may be offered as a separate purchase, typically at a discounted price for existing owners.
Refund Policy
Please review our Refund Policy for complete terms. Generally: we offer a 7-day refund period for purchases where the tool does not function as described on your device.
Because our tools are digital files delivered immediately on purchase, refunds are granted at our discretion and may be declined for reasons including evidence of use beyond diagnostic purposes.
No Warranty
OwnitApps tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose.
We are not responsible for data loss resulting from browser updates, device failures, or accidental deletion. Always maintain backups of any file you rely on.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OwnitApps’s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our tools shall not exceed the amount you paid for the tool at issue.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.
Data and Privacy
Our tools store all data on your device. We have no access to your tool data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property
All OwnitApps tools, designs, code, and branding are the intellectual property of OwnitApps. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in OwnitApps intellectual property beyond the license described above.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where OwnitApps operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our products evolve. Continued use of our tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced on our website.
